Full Service Organizing

At least 2 people will manage every full-service project, billed at $130 per hour for the team of 2 lead organizers.

Each additional organizer is billed at $45 per hour.

We charge for hours spent organizing in your home as well as the drive time to & from your home on the day(s) we organize. (We are based out of Mesa, AZ).

We require a deposit to begin space planning and ordering products for your project.

1-2 SPACES:

$500 DEPOSIT

3 OR MORE SPACES:

$1000 DEPOSIT

This deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

Your final invoice will list the products/materials used in your home, billed at retail cost. Labeling tape (used on most projects) is complimentary!

The invoice will also list one line item for our (set of 2) lead organizers' hours & a separate line item for each additional organizer's hours.

*We will start organizing your space(s) with a beginning inventory of products, and conclude by counting the ending inventory. FYI, it is common for the product total to be similar in price to the labor total.

We will send your final invoice by email when the organizing is complete.

Your invoice will have a pay link attached which will allow you to pay by credit card or paypal. We also accept cash or checks made payable to “AZ House of Order”.

Final invoice is due upon reciept.

Maintenance Organizing

(reduced pricing for this service)

$100 / hour - set of 2 organizers*

$35 / hour - each additional organizer

(no deposit required)

*minimum 4 hours & 2 organizers

NO PRODUCTS WILL BE SHOPPED FOR OR BROUGHT TO YOUR HOME FOR MANTENANCE ORGANIZING SERVICES, BUT LABELING SUPPLIES (EXCLUDING CUSTOM VINYL LABELS) WILL BE USED WHEN NECESSARY, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

This type of service is great for: refreshing a previously organized space; re-labeling where necessary; decanting your pantry staples, refilling soap dispensers, or maintaining anything else you’ve fallen behind on; straightening up your home before an event you’re hosting; and MORE! Think of it as a service similar to house cleaning ... but for organization!
